Fireworks

I have loved fireworks and explosives all my life. I attend displays whenever and wherever I can (and given my job I find myself in some pretty unlikely places from time to time). I am not at present involved in any hobby pyro projects (although it is not difficult to persuade me to make a salute or two for some special occasion, as this does not take too much time - more serious construction of more serious display items has to have more serious justification in view of my already full life). I do subscribe to the PML (Pyrotechnic Mailing List) newsgroup to keep current but do not, at present, have time to subscribe to <alt.pyro.rec> which is a much larger but far less reliable pyro newsgroup (anyone who would take a formula from pyro.rec and use it without very critical consideration is asking to lose fingers - or worse).

Pyrotechnic Mailing List (PML)

The PML is a moderated mailing list that serves as an Internet gathering point and information source for pyrotechnics professionals, crafts-people, artists and enthusiasts. It is a private forum, and subscriptions are not automatic. To obtain an application please sent the following message

Or click on Request PML Application.

Your completed application will be thoroughly evaluated. If you are accepted you will receive a welcome announcement and begin to receive messages.
