I was working at ADI Rep in Russia, and James was coming with technical seminars to us. Russia is a big, 7 time zone contry, many nationalities, problems with speaking and understanding English. For James that was never a problem, he understood everyone and everyone understood him. He is well known in Russia, can also say he is a famous man. When we say ADI seminar, people ask: " James? " His seminars are interesting for high profies, at the same time young students visited them with pleasure. James always answers 1000000 questions that come after seminars, and has time for small talks, when they are important for others. Travelling in Russia is often no 5 star hotels, it is tuff for young people to jump from one plane to another, carring your bag, thinking of visas.... I have never heard that James has problems with that. He just accepted all as it comes, and more, at least from outside it looks like he has always fun. That really helps in business, in work, in life.
